Mission, Should You Choose To Accept
  • Assemble, inspect, and maintain small aircraft systems and structures in compliance with FAA standards and company specifications.
  • Perform detailed diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on airframes and powerplants to ensure peak functionality and safety.
  • Collaborate with engineers and assembly teams to support the integration and testing of new systems and prototypes.
  • Document maintenance procedures, inspections, and repairs to maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Conduct functional and safety tests to ensure all components meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Provide technical input during the design and development process to enhance aircraft assembly efficiency.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A and P) Certification or interest in obtaining one.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in kit aircraft assembly or experimental aviation.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools for reviewing technical drawings.
  • Advanced knowledge of avionics systems installation and testing.
