• Conducting mechanical commissioning and energy optimization activities
• Leading field investigations and resolving system performance issues
• Providing MEP technical input during design and construction phases
• Assisting with energy audits, feasibility assessments, and system optimization studies
• Acting as a technical point of contact to maintain alignment between all project stakeholders
• Engaging in professional development and industry involvement
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers while contributing to internal standards and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon or ability to obtain within one year
• 6+ years of experience in MEP design, commissioning, or related consulting roles
• Strong experience with HVAC and central plant systems; healthcare experience preferred
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with sound technical judgment
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
