• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or collections activities
• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Familiarity with multiple software programs used in customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
