Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you provide first‑rate service to customers through extensive knowledge of the products we sell and services we provide. The TSA writes work orders, performs suggestive selling, handles over‑the‑counter transactions, and ensures every traveler returns on the road better than they came.
Inthis role, you can expect to:
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.
- Leverage extensive product knowledge to provide service.
- Exhibit strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue, with professional integrity.
- Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; properly write up ETA work orders, secure purchase orders, and communicate quotes.
- Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
- Prepare end‑of‑shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
- Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
- Maintain safety for customers and team members.
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to join our team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred.
- Professional presentation to customers, management, and coworkers.
- Strong suggestive selling skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
