* Job Summary:

** To help customers have a great experience. Safely help operate your attraction.
** Essential Job Functions
*** Performs customer service by checking tickets and answering questions
* Abides by Tube Hill opening procedures checklists
* Abides by Tube Hill closing procedures checklists
* Follow radio protocol, properly communicate with fellow staff members
* Shovel snow as needed
* Work multiple positions if legally able
* Keep constant watch of your area that pertains to your position
* Enforce Skibowl’s rules and guidelines
* Clean area of trash and debris
* Performs other duties as needed
** Secondary Job Functions
*** Working closely with multiple departments
* Help in other areas as needed
* Able to facilitate and satisfy any guest issues that may arise## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Must be able to work outdoors in all types of mountain conditions
* Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner
* Able to read and write English
* Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment
* Must be able to wear required uniform
* Must be reliable
* Must be able to work Holidays and Weekend
* Must be able to stand entire shift
* Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
* Can work with limited supervision
* Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure
* Must become knowledgeable in all Activities of the Company
