- Serve as an expert Program Manager II in a matrixed organization, focusing on money movement and payment processing
- Mentor junior Program Managers, providing guidance on their initiatives
- Develop and own communication plans for program status updates, issues, and risk management
- Create and maintain project documentation, including executive-level communications and dashboards
- Drive internal and external process improvements by partnering with functional leaders to define program requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS environment
- At least three (3) years of experience in money movement, payment processing, or financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of expertise with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project
- Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with card/automated clearing house (ACH) payments
- Experience mentoring junior Program Managers
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across large functional groups
