• Build and maintain Google Sheets-based P&L models for Customer Success and Professional Services to forecast financial performance
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly forecast cycles, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with Accounting during month‑end close to validate accruals and prepare variance commentary
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities through reports and presentations to support decision‑making
• Manage work streams with guidance, prioritizing deliverables and escalating risks as necessary

• Experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar Finance role focused on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Strong ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams
• Solid understanding of financial statements and experience partnering with Accounting during the monthly close
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data analysis and understanding industry trends

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA
• Experience with financial systems, such as Net Suite and Adaptive Insights
• Strong communication skills to present financial data clearly
