• Conduct training and presentations to educate internal and external customers

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
• Minimum of five to eight years of risk control experience with a proven track record of results
• Advanced technical expertise in risk control evaluation and assessment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective interaction with business partners
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

• Professional designations in risk management or related fields
• Experience with large or special accounts in risk control
• Knowledge of insurance and risk control principles, practices, and procedures
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk control policies and strategies
• Creativity in solving unique and challenging business issues
