• Ensure adherence to regulatory, institutional, and sponsor requirements throughout the research administration lifecycle
• Support award intake and setup, compliance monitoring, and regulatory coordination
• Manage subrecipient tracking and federal flow down management
• Maintain institutional training and certification records
• Collaborate with the Sponsored Programs team, legal, finance, and research personnel

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in research administration, regulatory compliance, or grants management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in compliance oversight and recordkeeping
• Strong understanding of federal compliance standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
