• Deliver tax planning analyses and consultations in conjunction with attorneys and financial planners
• Serve as a thought leader on income tax‑related topics

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active CPA license or JD required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant individual income tax experience with a national or regional accounting firm, family office, or financial services company
• Strong client‑centric verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts clearly
• Familiarity with income tax planning software and tools

• Master's degree preferred
• Additional business or trust and estate tax experience
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
