Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial operations of the hospital. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the organization's long-term financial stability while supporting high-quality patient care.

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, reimbursement, billing, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, GAAP, Medicare, Medicaid, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective internal controls.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or HFMA certification preferred.
• Experience of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Healthcare or hospital finance experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
