The Community Partnership Coordinator is a key driver in fostering strong connections between the Town, its residents, community groups, and regional partners. This role leads initiatives that encourage collaboration, support volunteerism, manage sponsor ships and grants, and improve access to Town programs, facilities, and services. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Coordinator ensures community priorities are integrated into the Town’s programs, partnerships, and policies.
Using a community development approach, this position leads engagement activities, provides consulting support to stakeholders and community organizations, and helpsიპ secure resources that contribute to a vibrant, inclusive, and connected community.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week with option for an Earned Day Off every three weeks.
Employment Term:
Permanent Full‑Time.
Starting Salary Range:
Starting salary for this position is $65,000‑$70,000 and is subject to negotiation based on experience.
