• Oversee day-to-day operations of the DME Diabetes New Intake Customer Operations Department
• Manage department workflows and directly supervise New Intake Supervisors to meet performance metrics
• Monitor product category and pipeline performance, adjusting processes as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with DME manufacturers and respond to inquiries and escalations
• Analyze KPI reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue enhancement

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 7-10 years of applicable healthcare and/or DME experience
• 7-10 years of management experience overseeing a team of at least 25 direct and indirect reports
• Complete understanding of diabetes as a therapy and knowledge of diabetes medical devices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce CRM; project management experience is required

• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Revenue cycle experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop exempt-level staff
• Understanding of servant leadership principles and successful application of this approach
