Company Overview
Join us for an enriching journey with Outset, a trailblazing medical device company that is revolutionizing the field of dialysis. Our focus is to create one high performing team, obsessed with progress, in an atmosphere that is brimming with transformative opportunities. The heart of our mission is pioneering a groundbreaking technology that redefines the landscape of dialysis, streamlining complexity and cost, because patients deserve “better” now, not some day.
At Outset we’re revolutionizing an industry and changing lives. We’re impacting what the future of dialysis looks like by creating a first-of-its-kind technology in order to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis. FDA cleared for use across care settings, from the hospital to the clinic to the home, the Tablo Hemodialysis System harnesses modern technology for a new holistic approach to dialysis care.
We’re giving providers time back to focus on patient care. And we’re giving patients the power to take control of their life and get back to enjoying the things they love.
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product and market strategy for the Tablo Hemodialysis System across acute and sub-acute care settings. Acting as the connective tissue between market insight, product development, and commercial execution, this role ensures that business needs and clinical realities inform every stage of product planning and lifecycle management.
This individual will partner closely with Upstream Product Management, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Engineering, and Sales to define market requirements, plan product launches, and develop go-to-market strategies that expand adoption and reinforce Outset’s leadership in renal innovation. Additionally, this role will work cross functionally to drive Tablo adoption across key stakeholders, to include but not limited to, hospital c-suite executives, nephrologists, nephrology nurses and dialysis technicians.
The ideal candidate should have experience Marketing medical devices, supplies, and/or capital equipment within acute care hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, creativity, and a drive to build what’s next: constantly contributing new ideas and uncovering opportunities to expand market impact. They are motivated by improving patient outcomes through technology and energized by redefining what’s possible in renal replacement therapy.
