• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, gathering key health information and medication lists
• Enter patient prescription information accurately to ensure correct medication delivery
• Achieve key performance metrics as established by the management team
• Educate patients and healthcare facilities about the employer's services
• Manage patient assessment processes and maintain referral relationships

• Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy customer service experience
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Energetic and compassionate phone skills
• Motivational and persuasive with a passion for helping others
