• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) or proof of eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate records.
• Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, LGBTQ+ community, etc.).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
