Compensation Package Highlights:

• Base Salary: $150,000
• Sign on bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Schedule for work-life balance: 32 hours in clinic over 4 days + 1/2 day admin
• Combination of patient hours & team collaboration
• No nights, weekends or holidays
• Outpatient practice

• Flexible patient volume & customized appointment times, focusing on comprehensive, high-quality care

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Highly-engaged & currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Required:
  
  1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care
  Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care
• Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan

• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
