Compensation Package Highlights:
- Base Salary: $150,000
- Sign on bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Schedule for work-life balance: 32 hours in clinic over 4 days + 1/2 day admin
- Combination of patient hours & team collaboration
- No nights, weekends or holidays
- Outpatient practice
Patient Care Approach
- Flexible patient volume & customized appointment times, focusing on comprehensive, high-quality care
- Deliver comprehensive care, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Abilities:
- Highly-engaged & currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Required:
1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care
Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care - Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
