Respiratory Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team in Bandon, OR. This role provides critical respiratory care services to patients in both acute-care and emergency settings. The ideal candidate is skilled, compassionate, and eager to make an impact in a community-focused hospital environment.

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
• Perform assessments, treatments, and diagnostic tests related to pulmonary function and respiratory therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations including code blues and rapid response calls.
• Accurately document patient care in the EMR (EPIC experience preferred).
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Graduate from an approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy (required).
• National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential (required).
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy and pulmonary medicine within an acute-care setting (required).
• EPIC EMR experience (preferred).

• Base pay range: $34.00/hr - $45.00/hr
• Rate Range (DOE): $34.92 – $45.35 per hour and Benefits
