RN- Infection Preventionist

The health of our residents is our top priority  an Infection Preventionist (RN), you are crucial to providing health and safety to our residents and associates by preventing the spread of infection and controlling outbreaks. You will serve as a strong member of our team to provide the proactive and compassionate care that our residents deserve.

• The RN maintains data and analyzes records or infection incidents and determines nursing home precautions to prevent cross-contamination.
• The RN works with other departments to promote and monitor infection control practices.

• Current state licensure as a RN, in good standing.
• Has sufficient infection control knowledge base to carry out responsibilities.
• Membership in APIC or equivalent preferred.
• Infection Preventionist certification preferred.
