To be considered, all candidates must complete the National Testing Network CPAT, Fire Team Testing, and the Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) and select for these scores to be sent to Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District via NTN. Internal applicants with a current physical on file may bypass the NTN CPAT requirement.
