Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Gold Hill, OR, offering pay up to $17.00 per hour with bonuses.

As a companion caregiver (Papa Pal), you will provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Duties include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.

The schedule is flexible; you can use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits when permitted in your location.

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report
