• Base salary up to $175,000

• Partner closely with hiring managers to support their growth efforts

• Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of top talent
• Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies
• Own and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• At least five years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to develop consultative relationships with stakeholders
• Proven track record of contributing to team success, including mentorship and process improvement
• Eagerness to work with diverse teams
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Experience recruiting AI/ML technical talent or within finance industry roles
• Experience recruiting for startups or companies without an established consumer brand
• Bachelor’s degree
