Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, creating and implementing HR policies, leading employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will oversee compensation and benefits, handle employee relations, and support organizational development tasks. They will also play a key role in performance management and training and development programs.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and compliance management
- Skills in compensation and benefits management
- Proficiency in performance management and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead HR initiatives
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience, preferably in a Hospital Sector
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
