Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative delivery services in areas such as training and development, talent strategy, and employee engagement
  • Translate business strategies into organizational priorities, aligning them with client goals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement customized organizational strategies
  • Develop tailored deliverables that support client business strategies and needs
  • Provide expert advice on best practices to enhance client growth, retention, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant HR, Talent Strategy, and/or Training and Development experience
  • Past experience in a Director-level or above role highly preferred
  • Experience in an HR or training and development consulting role with progressive responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, Master’s degree in a related field, or coursework towards an advanced degree preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP/SCP or other relevant certification or progress towards certification
  • Experience working in major metro cities
