- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions with data and insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
- Experience in shaping employer branding initiatives and enhancing candidate experience
- Familiarity with data analytics in recruitment to drive insights and improvements
