What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead end‑to‑end executive recruiting for critical senior roles within the Platform group
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping talent strategies and competency frameworks
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage top‑tier passive candidates
  • Evaluate candidates for technical depth and alignment with the company’s mission and values
  • Mentor and guide a team of Sourcers and Channel Specialists to enhance recruiting processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on senior and principal engineering, design, and product leadership roles
  • Proven success in hiring Senior Staff+/Principal ICs and Director‑level leaders in technical organizations
  • Experience collaborating with Directors and VPs to define talent strategies and frameworks

    Demonstrated ability to mentor Sourcers to improve pipeline quality and diversity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Interest or experience in blockchain, crypto, Web3, fintech, or distributed systems
  • Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and navigate complex offer negotiations
  • Skilled in presenting recruiting analytics and forecasts to executive stakeholders
  • Experience in building and executing scalable senior‑hiring programs
