This role is within the Accounting Department and involves processing high volume weekly certified payroll reporting and union payroll, maintaining employee files, and handling employee inquiries.

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Certified Payroll report preparation and tracking
• Keying, batching, and auditing timesheets of approximately 500+ employees (as backup)
• Filing and processing of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage/Affidavit of Wages Paid
• Processing Employment claims
• Answering questions from employees regarding pay
• Managing heavy phone and email volume
• Additional related assignments as needed

• Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment with frequent interruptions
• Viewpoint or similar payroll software experience, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Very organized
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Union payroll experience highly preferred
• Construction payroll/office experience highly preferred

Salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually.

Opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus.
