• Owning portions of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining accuracy of general ledger activity and supporting schedules
• Assisting with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and variance resolution
• Supporting compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements
• Preparing documentation and responding to audit‑related inquiries
• Reviewing SG&A activity to ensure proper classification and accounting treatment
• Contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work
• Providing backup support to other members of the accounting team as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or multi‑entity environment
• Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
• Strong Excel skills and general comfort working with financial data
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus, but not required

• You’re detail‑oriented but don’t lose sight of deadlines
• You’re comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed
• You communicate clearly with both accounting and non‑accounting partners
• You take ownership of your work and follow through on open items
• You’re open to learning new systems and improving existing processes
