Responsibilities- Enter invoices into the vouching system with accurate codes
- Communicate with vendors via email and phone
- Print time sheets, invoices, vouchers, and receipts
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounts payable
- 10-key touch proficiency
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
