We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s growing team as an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting, tax preparation, and financial planning while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. • Assist with tax preparation, filing, and planning activities under the guidance of a Senior Accountant.
• Support tax planning activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Process bi‑weekly payroll and manage payroll tax reporting.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles.
