Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Facility Solutions and Relationship Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating facility service solutions, overseeing service quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to address client needs, resolve challenges, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in facility services management, building maintenance, Account Management, or Sales
  • Bi-Lingual a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or facility management software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Flexibility to work in both in-office and remote environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, facility management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, understanding local market dynamics is a plus
