Position: Payroll Analyst
Compensation: $90-95K, exempt position
- 20% bonus
- 7% retirement

Schedule:
Team is working 40-50 hours per week with a lot of flexibility
Software: Has used ADP Vantage or WFN, UKG, or People Soft Payroll
Job includes:
- Focus is Payroll Reporting and Processes
- This role is focused on reviewing processes, SOPs, internal controls
- Developing the analytical pieces that need to report to Payroll
- Example: develop new reporting on overtime pay for new tax policy
- Needs full understanding of a payroll department, taxes, policy
- Extract data from payroll systems and can build reports
- Long term ongoing focus on Payroll Software automations
We are looking for:
- 10+ years of Payroll experience – full cycle
- BS degree is a nice to have
- Really need someone strong in payroll process
- Develops reporting using system extraction and strong Excel
- Strong organizational skills, great with detail, very accurate
- Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus (culture)
- Has been part of payrolls of 1000 or more
