Overview
Instructional Aide - SEL (Student Support Services) at Greeley Hill Elementary. This position provides support in universal social-emotional learning instruction and targeted supports within MCUSD’s MTSS Framework. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers to integrate instruction into classroom practices, using data to identify students in need, and designing and delivering targeted Tier 2 interventions aligned with MTSS. This position is part of a 3-year grant and continuation is contingent on funding.

- Use data to identify students in need and design targeted Tier 2 interventions aligned with the MTSS framework.
- Support universal social-emotional learning instruction and targeted supports within MCUSD’s MTSS framework.
Required:
- Education equivalent to completion of 12th grade and successful passage of the Instructional Aide test or meet NCLB requirements for paraprofessionals.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Some positions may require additional experience to support knowledge and/or skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a public school setting.
- Valid first aid certificate or training.
- Recent successful experience interacting with youth.

This position serves the Student Support Services Department and works with staff and students at Greeley Hill Elementary School. The Mariposa County Unified School District is located in California’s Central Foothills near Yosemite National Park.
