equivalency procedure
applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications as stated in the job announcement but believe they possess the equivalent, must submit an equivalency application form including full supporting documentation and mail to the human resources department (this is separate from the online application). All non-u.s transcripts must be evaluated by an evaluation and translation service in order to be reviewed for equivalency.

note: denial by the equivalency committee is final and cannot be re-opened for this announced position. If an applicant applies for an additional position in the same discipline that is subsequently announced, the applicant may submit an equivalency application form by the Final date to receive applications date, requesting a new equivalency determination only if additional evidence is submitted for consideration.
