Elementary Special Education Teacher - MOCIPosition: Elementary Special Education Teacher – MOCI (Moderately Cognitively Impaired)

Location: To be determined
Reports to:Building Principal
Final date to receive applications:July 2, 2025 or until filled
Position Available: 25/26 Academic Year
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by MDE; OR
Bachelor’s Degree and enrollment in a state approved program leading to teacher certification as required by MDE.
Preferred:
Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district.

Salary/Benefits:
Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Starting range $51,814.00-$75,437.00.
