Recovery Officer Job Oregon area,Illinois USA,Finance & Banking

The incumbent is responsible for assessing cases and recommending legal actions. They perform field work to make collections, including seizing and selling unsecured personal property to settle accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring collection targets are met according to the collection strategy.

Maintaining and recording all settlement agreements with customers.

Following up daily with clients and maintaining logs.

Collaborating with Branch Managers and Loan Officers for prompt recoveries.

Conducting calls, site visits, and follow-ups to implement strategies with the Team Lead.

Sending demand and reminder letters to defaulting customers and reviewing credit files for proper documentation.

Following up on major debtor accounts to ensure recoveries through various means.

Monitoring Recovery Agents to ensure full recovery of assigned accounts.

Identifying unauthorized balances early and coordinating remedial actions with branches.

Monitoring and recovering PDOs and expired CMB loans in branches.

Performing any other tasks assigned by the Regional Head of Recovery.

Adhering to easypaisa Bank's Behaviours & Values in all work conduct.

Implementing a culture of risk and compliance management and linking performance measures to these responsibilities.

Managing compliance risks in daily activities, including developing and updating relevant systems, policies, and procedures.
