In this position, you’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.
Responsibilities- Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.
- Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
- Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
- Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
- Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

- High School diploma
- Must be 18+ years
- Healthcare and/or customer service experience
- Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
- Certified Personal Trainer experience.
- Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
