We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator who thrives on execution.

This role is about getting things done
, end to end.

You’ll take clear direction from leadership, research solutions when needed, and own implementation all the way through. Some work is systems and tech. Some work is admin and logistics. All of it matters to the business.

• Owning operational and administrative execution
• Handling customer support and internal requests
• Maintaining systems, data, and workflows, leading changes when tools are added or updated
• Researching platforms, presenting options, then leading adoption
• Managing materials, inventory, and logistics
• Supporting in-person events and community work
• Being the person leadership relies on to close loops

• Hybrid role with weekly in-person work
• Based in the Portland metro area
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation required

• 2–5 years in operations, admin, or coordination roles
• Small business or service-based experience is a plus
• Comfort with tech and learning new platforms is essential

• $55,000–$60,000 base
• 6% retirement match
• Full-time role with room to grow as impact grows
