. Shape processes, mentor attorneys/DOJ reps, and collaborate across legal and social‑service teams to deliver trauma‑informed outcomes.

• Top legal decision‑maker for your area (operations/compliance overseen separately)
• Supervise ~2–3 (attorney/paralegal/DOJ rep)
• Hybrid: ~2 days/week on‑site with flex time
• Intake/admin support provided (legal navigators + program assistant)

• JD (ABA) +
  active bar (OR or any U.S. state)
• 3–4 yrs immigration law (incl. 2+ yrs as an attorney)
