Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview

LHH is working with a firm in Portland that is seeking a Senior-Level Paralegal with strong trial technician experience to support upcoming high-stakes, multi-party litigation
. This role is ideal for a "trial junkie" who excels in high-pressure environments and enjoys working closely with attorneys during trials, including in the courtroom.

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid: Tue–Thu in office, Mon & Fri remote)

• Lead pre-trial prep, exhibit management, and in-trial tech support
• Operate and troubleshoot trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director, Relativity, Disco)
• Manage audiovisual content and electronic depositions
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal tech staff on discovery and trial strategy
• Travel occasionally (approx. once per quarter starting in 2028)
• Assist in the courtroom with setup and ongoing trial support

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in complex, multi-party cases
• Strong eDiscovery and tech skills (
  Relativity required
  ; Trial Director a plus)
• Comfortable in the "hot seat" during trial presentations
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be open to learning internal systems and firm processes
