Job Description/Duties:
- Review discovery
- Handle arbitrations
- Perform other tasks as directed by the manager
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license to practice law in Oregon
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and discovery processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information:
- Provides effective legal representation and litigates complex cases
- Manages litigation under corporate guidelines and professional responsibility
- Analyzes litigation progress and evaluates cases for settlement
- Conducts discovery, motion practice, research, and drafting
- Advocates for clients in various legal forums and stays current with laws affecting policies
