Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office/2 WFH

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized plaintiffs‑side law firm to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Complex Litigation team in Portland. This role supports attorneys preparing for upcoming trials in a large, ongoing matter and requires strong research, writing, discovery, and case‑based project management skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, team‑oriented, and comfortable handling complex matters and challenging conversations in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with case‑based research, writing, cite‑checking, and data entry
- Work directly with clients to draft complaints and collect relevant documents
- Code, review, and produce documents using Relativity
- Track and manage discovery deadlines
- Support trial preparation and provide on‑site trial assistance as needed
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff throughout all phases of litigation
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex matters, including research, writing, drafting complaints, discovery, and trial preparation
- Experience with document collection, review, and e‑discovery, with Relativity proficiency preferred
- Strong technical skills, including PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to perform analytical and factual review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, colleagues, and a diverse client base
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Professional discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oregon and Washington state court experience preferred
