Rose Villa is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to join our team!
The Director of Nursing Services is responsible for ensuring that nursing Team Members have the training, resources, supervision, and leadership necessary to deliver high-quality, compliant, and person-centered care. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring visibility, presence, and meaningful engagement in the daily life of the community.
The DNS serves as a key clinical leader, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and plays a vital role in shaping the future of Madrona Grove as Rose Villa continues to grow.

Director
Employment typeFull-time
Wage and benefits- Starting wage for DNS is $120,000 to 150,000 yearly, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time, exempt position.

- Current State of Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Nursing
- Prior experience serving as a Director of Nursing (DNS)
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in long-term care settings
- 3+ years of prior supervisory experience
- Prior experience working in Residential Care Facility (RCF) or Assisted Living Facility (ALF)
