Location: Oregon, IL

Pay: $18.50–$23.44/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | OT available Saturdays

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies with precision
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Follow quality standards and company procedures
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks efficiently
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as needed

• Basic knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, and blueprint reading preferred
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently (up to 80 lbs occasionally)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
