• Supervise and support a team of security agents in back‑of‑house areas, promoting awareness, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑event walkthroughs, team briefings, and incident debriefings.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and departments to coordinate secure and efficient BOH operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, courtesy, and operational readiness among team members.
• Positively influence and guide the team with integrity and inclusion.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches to ensure appropriate staffing and compliance with labor expectations.
• Oversee incident response and documentation, including ensuring reports and statements are completed accurately.
• Respond promptly to disturbances, accidents, and emergencies with calm professionalism.
• Monitor event spaces for safety hazards and unauthorized access.
• Lead evacuation procedures as needed, following emergency protocols.
• Address and resolve client or guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate consistently with Security Management and Leadership on relevant updates and escalations.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion in sensitive environments.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Event and Entertainment Private Security Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Previous experience supervising event security teams or in a security leadership role.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills.
• Confident leadership with professionalism and discretion.
• Dependable, able to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organized incident documentation.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
