• Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, ensure detailed pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity

• IICRC certification preferred
• Experience in water mitigation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
• Ability to be part of our on‑call rotation with other Project Managers
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
• Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform
