Delivery Time frames


When you place your order for ‘standard in-stock products’ before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), we will pack your order within 2 business days - ready for couriers to collect.

The following time frames apply to non-standard products:

• For products classed as ‘
  dangerous goods
  ’ please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery due to specialised handling and delivery requirements
• For ‘
  shipped from supplier products
  ’ please see specific time frames shown against each product on our website (note: you may receive more than one delivery, we’ll advise you when your order is confirmed).

Here are some recommendations to help you source your workplace consumables;

• Stock up and consolidate smaller orders into one large order
• Check stock availability when you order online and look for available alternatives wherever possible

Delivery is free for orders over $75 excluding GST. Under this amount there is a delivery fee of $6.95 excluding GST.

Orders delivered to rural addresses, regardless of size, will incur a small additional rural delivery fee of $3.50 excl. GST.

Freight and handling and pallet charges may be applied to large bulky products, hazardous goods, furniture products, some 'shipped from supplier' products and items ordered by Office Max, especially for you.
