As the vital link between carriers, drivers, and account management, you’ll ensure smooth operations for our customers’ shipments. From sourcing reliable carriers to ensuring on‑time delivery and providing real‑time updates, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining our high service standards.
What You’ll Do:- Build and maintain a database of qualified carriers to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Develop strong partnerships with carrier partners through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Source reliable carriers via load boards, emails, and outbound calls while vetting their suitability for each shipment.
- Act as the liaison between drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage load statuses in our Transportation Management System (TMS) from dispatch to delivery.
- Provide timely updates on shipment progress to customers and internal teams.
- Address escalations related to carrier issues and ensure resolution.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum one year in freight brokerage or dispatch; knowledge of heavy haul equipment is a plus.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Revenova (TMS) and Salesforce (CRM) is ideal.

Job Information- Job Type: Full‑time
- Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year base plus monthly bonus
