Store Delivery Driver; Part Time

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain inventory.
• Focus consistently on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers.
• Maintain the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Ability to bend and reach shelves up to eight feet with a stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Handle cash charge transactions correctly and return parts appropriately.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and building.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Drive within the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $15.00. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
