Commercial Business Analyst

• Define and maintain KPIs and metrics across the customer and patient lifecycle
• Utilize BI tools to build and maintain internal and external reporting, such as dashboards and scorecards
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on data models, metric definitions, and data pipelines
• Support the development of executive business reports and Board materials by generating insights and crafting narratives
• Design and operationalize AI-powered workflows and assistants to enhance data analysis and reporting

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, or data science
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with healthcare datasets, including claims and EMR/EHR data
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (e.g., Python)
• Experience in building reports and dashboards using modern BI tools

• Familiarity with CRM and commercial reporting tools, ideally Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience using LLM-based tools for analysis and insight generation
• A track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Advanced experience with agentic workflows in AI applications
